FTI Consulting Appoints Romina Gerhards as Managing Director in Digital & Insights Practice in Düsseldorf
Düsseldorf, 4 March 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Romina Gerhards as a Managing Director in the Digital & Insights practice within the Strategic Communications segment, where she will lead the firm’s expansion of its digital capabilities for clients in Germany and across Europe, Middle East and Africa region (“EMEA”).
Ms. Gerhards, who is based in Düsseldorf, has more than 25 years of expertise in digital strategy, content and technology, having worked across multiple industries and international markets. Before joining FTI Consulting, she was a Managing Director at Burson and previously led the Digital & Insights practice at Hill+Knowlton. Ms. Gerhards also served as Director and Head of Digital at Bauer Media Group.
Ms. Gerhards’ appointment comes during a period of growth for the Digital & Insights practice across EMEA, strengthening its ability to deliver data-driven, insight-led strategies for clients. Her arrival also reflects the continued expansion of FTI Consulting in Germany, a key market in the firm’s European presence, following the addition of Susanne Arndt as a Senior Managing Director in Düsseldorf in 2024.
