Tricia Tebbutt leads the Healthcare Operations practice nationally and has more than 30 years of experience working in all areas of health in the United Kingdom and Australia. For the last 15 years, Tricia has consulted across the provider and payer environments in Australia.

Specialised in healthcare sustainability and productivity, large-scale healthcare redesign and commissioning, Tricia has led some of the largest healthcare transformation projects in Australia and globally.

Recently, Tricia joined the Board of The Y WA and is passionate about improving the lives of young people across Australia.

• Led large-scale digital and organisational transformation programs across healthcare providers, focusing on improved patient and staff experiences through technology and structural redesign
• Directed end-to-end change management, organisational restructure and commissioning activities for major hospital developments and service reconfigurations
• Delivered significant cost savings and operational efficiencies across front- and back-office functions within complex hospital environments
• Oversaw the implementation of digital platforms, including patient portals and Salesforce solutions, to enhance patient engagement and streamline clinical processes
