About Nicki
Nicki Doyle is Senior Managing Director with more than 25 years of experience in health and aged care. Nicki is passionate about working with the aged care industry to deliver better outcomes and support improved health and aged care systems for older Australians.
Nicki’s expertise lies in strategic planning, policy review and implementation, evaluation, governance, quality and safety, design and implementation of new models of care, market analysis and reform considerations for organisations.
As a qualified physiotherapist, Nicki combines her clinical experience with operational, policy and market expertise to deliver practical and implementable solutions for clients.
Nicki has considerable experience in aged care reform, having led the development, implementation and delivery of the Governing for Reform in Aged Care Program in partnership with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. She also co-led the delivery of nationwide consultations on the proposed new Aged Care Act on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Nicki was the Aged Care lead at KPMG.
Relevant Experience:
- Led the review and strategic development of services for a not-for-profit in-home healthcare provider, with one of the key areas of focus being digital platform implementation
- Led the development, implementation and delivery of the Governing for Reform in Aged Care Program in partnership with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission; included delivering learning and development across a range of modalities to aged care provider board members and senior executives
- Designed, developed and implemented a new model of care at a residential aged care provider
- Provided support to an aged care workforce provider during acquisition; also developed a market-entry strategy for home care and managed services
- Developed a growth strategy for a not-for-profit aged care provider across home and residential care; developed subsequent business cases to support its planned strategy
