Chris Mason has more than 15 years of experience helping hospitals and health services improve how they operate so they can deliver better care for patients and a better experience for staff.
Chris specialises in operational transformation and has led large-scale improvement programs across public and private healthcare providers in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and the United Kingdom. Known for his hands-on, practical approach, Chris works with clinical and operational leaders to turn strategy into action, combining data-driven insights, frontline engagement and strong leadership to deliver measurable, sustainable results.
Chris has deep expertise in key areas such as patient access and flow, operating theatre efficiency, length of stay, workforce planning and rostering and clinical leadership development. He is passionate about improving access to care and building the capability of leaders to drive change within their own teams.
