Callum Greig

Callum Greig is a Managing Director based in Sydney with significant experience in M&A advisory and corporate finance across a range of sectors and client types.

Callum assists clients with transaction-related solutions to challenging, complex or business critical issues where specialist situation expertise and advice, often in accelerated circumstances, is the key to maximising value and meeting a broad range of stakeholder objectives. His experience spans many sectors, including retail, consumer goods, leisure and hospitality, telecommunications, infrastructure, renewables and manufacturing.

Under the broad umbrella of non-standard M&A, Callum provides a variety of buy-side and sell-side services, including stressed or distressed M&A, typically involving sales of controlling stakes of underperforming businesses; non-standard M&A involving the sale of the business with challenging sale narratives; carve-outs of non-core businesses from large corporates; and accelerated fundraising involving the securing of flexible capital in a truncated timetable. Callum also provides general advisory services, including liquidity modelling and review, business plan support and review, options assessments, valuation and other services.

Before joining the team in Australia, Callum worked at FTI Consulting in the UK. Prior to joining the firm, he worked across Deloitte’s M&A and restructuring teams in both Australia and the UK.

Callum is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
