FTI Consulting Advises Vitruvian Partners on its Investment in Dojo

London, 4 Jun 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) advised private equity firm, Vitruvian Partners on the financial and tax due diligence aspects of its $190 million investment in the leading UK payments technology provider, Dojo.

Dojo provides in-person and digital payments solutions to more than 140,000 small and medium-sized  businesses. The investment from Vitruvian marks Dojo’s first equity raise and will support the company’s accelerated growth in the UK and expansion into European markets.
