FTI Consulting Advises Vitruvian Partners on its Investment in Addepar

London, 21 May 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) provided financial and tax due diligence services to private equity firm, Vitruvian Partners in connection with its investment in Addepar, a leading global technology and data platform supporting data-driven investment decisions.

Vitruvian Partners, together with WestCap, co-led a $230 million Series G funding round for Addepar, joined by investors including 8VC and Valor Equity Partners, EDBI, operating under SG Growth Capital and Enterprise Singapore.
