About Wael
Wael Osman brings more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory services for a diverse range of clients in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East, including those in the oil and gas, defence, real estate and healthcare sectors. Mr. Osman advises on international and domestic corporate tax matters, complex tax structurings and restructurings, and M&A transactions involving buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, including IPOs. He has also led advisory engagements with clients on major projects, such as Aramco’s oil and gas pipeline carve-out projects.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Osman was an International Tax Partner at a Big Four firm, where he played a significant role in establishing the tax practice in Riyadh and the Eastern Province.
Mr. Osman holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Damascus and a Dipl. in finance and financial services from Bournemouth International Business School. Additionally, he is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.
