Wendy King

Wendy King brings more than 20 years’ experience in e-discovery practice support, working alongside legal and technology teams to find the most efficient use of litigation technology, analytics and artificial intelligence. Ms. King has worked with leading law firms, government agencies and corporate clients to respond to complex litigations, regulatory investigations and a range of large evidence management and litigation support projects.

Ms. King is a seasoned business and operational leader with an extensive background in legal technology design and deployment, project management and service delivery. She has led teams across a wide range of matters, including multiple Hart-Scott-Rodino second requests, international investigations, securities class actions, large-scale commercial litigation and product liability multidistrict litigations.

Advising corporations and law firms through investigations, complex multijurisdictional litigations and regulatory inquiries, Ms. King understands the importance of delivering exemplary client service alongside highly experienced experts that can solve complex challenges. Working with colleagues to bring new FTI Technology solutions to market, including responsible generative AI solutions, Ms. King is dedicated to ensuring clients have access to the most qualified representation with teams they can trust.

Prior to FTI Technology, Ms. King was Director of Products for Kroll Ontrack, where she led the global offering of Relativity, including the development of two Relativity Innovation Award-recognized solutions and an industry-recognized Relativity certification training program. In addition, she was Director of Practice Services for multiple Am Law 100 firms, including Alston & Bird and Seyfarth Shaw, guiding application of technology to the practice of law.

Relevant Experience:

• Led a team throughout a major international investigation into Latin America’s largest power utility company; involved allegations of improper recordkeeping and violations of accounting controls related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
• Led the response to a Department of Justice second request involving two technology companies; required the collection, processing, review and production of emerging data sources, as well as the creation of innovative technology-assisted review (“TAR”) models
• Managed the review team for a complex international merger litigation; focused on the impact of COVID-19 on an organization’s stock price and the contractional obligations established prior to the pandemic
