Sandeep Jadav

Sandeep Jadav is a digital risk expert with deep experience in digital forensics and e-discovery. Mr. Jadav brings more than 20 years of experience working in forensic technology alongside leading global law firms, multinational corporations, financial services institutions and investigatory agencies in Asia and Europe.

As emerging data sources such as cloud platforms and chat applications have become more prominent sources of electronic evidence in disputes and investigations, Mr. Jadav has delivered technical solutions and advised clients on best practices for handling new data types. His expertise spans data breach response, digital forensics and e-discovery, and he helps clients respond to data-related challenges when they arise in time-sensitive and high-stakes matters.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Jadav was a Director at a Big Four consultancy in London. He oversaw an unprecedented period of growth in the Forensic Technology and Discovery Services team, winning and delivering large e-discovery, digital forensics and cybersecurity projects. He was also previously Head of Computer Forensics at CRA International in London.

Relevant Experience:

• Led an investigation for a global automotive manufacturer into corruption at the highest levels of the firm; this involved the capture and analysis of more than 20 terabytes of data relating to more than 60 custodians in Asia
• Gave evidence at the International Court of Arbitration in London following the identification, collection, processing, review and electronic disclosure of 10 terabytes of data in relation to an international dispute between companies in India and Italy
• Helped a global gaming company identify and eradicate counterfeiters of their software and hardware in Hong Kong
• Worked with a top U.S. law firm under Office of Foreign Assets Control orders to collect, link and investigate multiple terabytes of structured and unstructured data in relation to multimillion-dollar payments going in and out of sanctioned countries in the Middle East
