About Natalie
Natalie Carter is a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment and is based in Singapore. At FTI Consulting, Natalie leads the Financial Services Communications team for Asia.
As a financial services communications specialist with more than 20 years of industry experience, Natalie has led a wide range of multimarket strategic communications programs for some of the world’s leading financial, technology, real estate, corporate and professional services firms in London, New York and across the Asia Pacific region.
Natalie has consulted clients on numerous award-winning media relations campaigns, complex internal communications and employee engagement programs, high-profile crisis and issues management cases and corporate reputation management programs. In addition, she has also led and managed the press office for several large industry events and conferences.
Natalie began her communications career in London with a specialist financial services PR firm, Penrose Financial, before returning to Singapore in 2006 to join global PR agency Grayling Asia. In this role, she built its financial services and professional services practices. Natalie joined the FTI Consulting Singapore team in 2011 and has played an instrumental role in building the Singapore team and the regional Financial Services practice.
Natalie’s client portfolio includes numerous leading financial institutions and corporates, as well as launching a number of industry startups, such as Aviva; BlackRock; BNY Mellon; Calastone; Capital Group; Credit Suisse; Dechert; Diageo; Farro Capital; Finastra; ICAP; Investec; UBS; Lombard Odier; Maitri; M&G Investments; SeaTown; Sidley; Societe Generale; Standard Chartered; Westpac; and Zurich; among many others.
