Kevin McCadden has more than 25 years of expertise in the healthcare industry. Mr. McCadden has successfully collaborated with private equity firms and complex healthcare organizations, including renowned academic medical centers, hospitals, health systems, payors, life sciences companies and research institutions. His experience also includes involvement in several high-impact international projects.

Mr. McCadden possesses deep industry expertise that spans the entire healthcare continuum. His track record demonstrates a commitment to delivering innovative and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of diverse stakeholders.

Mr. McCadden’s extensive experience encompasses performance improvement, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, change management, revenue cycle optimization, operations, perioperative services, supply chain management, finance and accounting and managed care. His efforts have significantly enhanced the efficiency of healthcare organizations, driving better patient care and ensuring financial stability and sustainability.

Prior to working with FTI Consulting, Mr. McCadden honed his healthcare advisory services for more than 15 years with Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. McCadden holds a B.S. in Management from Bryant University and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
