Mr. Weick has a proven track record of building teams across geographical and functional boundaries to achieve strategic business imperatives. As a former operator for more than 15 years, most recently as Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Diebold Nixdorf, he has first-hand experience and a proven history leading global, large-scale transformations, facilitating cross-functional alignment and driving change initiatives that deliver accelerated growth and robust operating results.
Mr. Weick brings demonstrated expertise leading and driving all aspects of revenue growth, including go-to-market operating model, revenue acceleration, pricing and profitability uplift, upsell/cross-sell, customer retention and churn mitigation. Additionally, he has significant experience in customer segmentation, coverage models, sales incentive plan design, pipeline management and sales forecasting, as well as revenue analytics, sales enablement, sales process design, sales automation and technology, and marketing effectiveness and demand generation.
Relevant Experience:
- Developed and executed a multiyear cost and growth transformation plan for a product manufacturer and service provider, driving more than $400 million in value creation; program resulted in the stock price increasing 138% over a 24-month period
- Designed and delivered a comprehensive cost transformation program and growth strategy for a global cybersecurity company; resulted in more than $80 million in value creation and the stock price increasing 114% over a 14-month period
- Led a cost and growth transformation for a global learning management SaaS company; developed and executed a set of value creation initiatives that resulted in more than $100 million in impact, driving measurable P&L improvements over a 16-month period
- Led an account profiling and targeting project for a client; created a services pipeline framework with an emphasis on upsell/cross-sell sales motions, growing the managed services business line by $87 million in annual incremental recurring revenues
- Developed a customer engagement model that streamlined a client’s sales processes, reducing deal approval steps by 40%, and improved its commercial technology stack, accelerating the time for processing new orders
- Simplified 49 sales incentive plans to eight, driving standardization and improving compensation structure to align sales behaviors with desired business outcomes
