Emmanouil Patavos

Emmanouil Patavos is a Senior Managing Director in the Public Affairs practice within the Strategic Communications segment. Emmanouil leads the Telecom, Media & Technology practice in Brussels.

With more than 14 years of experience in EU public affairs, Emmanouil is a seasoned professional in providing strategic counsel across diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare and technology. He advises and supports clients, from major corporations to trade associations, and excels in managing multijurisdictional advocacy campaigns. His policy expertise spans AI, online platforms and virtual worlds.

Emmanouil leads the firm’s global public affairs AI taskforce and has been a member of the European AI Alliance and the Centre for European Policy Studies (‘CEPS’) AI taskforce.

Before entering the public affairs sphere, Emmanouil worked within the European Commission, where he was part of the Environment Cabinet and the EU mission to the United Nations. Additionally, he gained experience in the Council of the European Union.
