Bo Nabozny

Bo Nabozny leads the Treasury and Financial Operations team within the Investment Accounting & Reporting group and also works on Real Estate Business Transformation engagements. Mr. Nabozny has more than 15 years of experience leading and developing shared service teams, transformation programs and technology implementation strategies with real estate organizations.

Mr. Nabozny provides thought leadership to practice leaders and clients around treasury and financial operations best practices, operating model designs, technology suites and transformation programming to drive improved outcomes.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Nabozny led strategic business transformation programs for Medtronic, where he focused on operating model design, right-sourcing strategy, digital transformation and automation and process efficiency. He is regularly known for his ability in produce strategy design, backed by effective strategy execution and delivery of outcomes.

Prior to that, Mr. Nabozny was at CBRE, where he spent many years leading treasury and cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable teams, that enabled commercial property accounting, fund administration and corporate functions to deliver for clients internally and externally. He is recognized for cultivating strategic bank partnerships, building high-performing teams and optimizing operations to provide highly effective client experiences.

Relevant Experience:

• Advised large industrial real estate organization on process optimization, organizational design and selection and implementation of industry leading enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) software
• Led full cycle on-boarding of five strategic banking partners through selection, vetting and implementation
• Led large-scale 200-plus full-time equivalent (“FTE”) shared services and right-sourcing strategy (partner selection, shared service center location and transition)
• Led overhaul of tenant receipt collection process at global real estate firm for all asset classes, leveraging enhanced lockbox services, digitization strategy and data integration with ERP software for more than 25,000 receipts per month
• Led design, implementation and on-going management of global performance and measurement strategy for Integrated Business Planning (“IBP”) program deployment at a large MedDevice company
